From the natural plant protein in golden fields of wheat, our hearty herb-seasoned meat alternative is unbeatable for down-home appeal. This is the same recipe we use in our beefy Wellington, Philly Sandwich, and Gyros. 1 pint is enough to make four sandwiches. Stock up; seitan freezes well. (Buns not included.)
